Bump.
Found the bug report that says xdelta3 3.0.7 does not compile in 32bit
architectures: http://code.google.com/p/xdelta/issues/detail?id=161
After applying the patch, it compiled fine:

I did a small test (creating and applying deltas), seems to be working OK.
