Hi, when update archlinux, the networkmanager not get ip ...

I have installed vmware and the interface vmnet1 is the vmware.
For connecting to network, I use this command ifconfig and route add
because does not ask if I set ip ip network manager and manually
restart the service either gets ip ...
Can I help me please??
