[arch-general] depends vs. optdepends

To use the sensord example:

in lm_sensors/PKGBUILD:
optdepends=('rrdtool: for logging with sensord')


I am unsure if there is any way to be more blatantly clear than it is
already. :p

This is a phenomenal non-issue, and the perfect example of why
optdepends exists in the first place... as has already been pointed
out in every response on the matter...
