[arch-general] xbacklight broken in 3.13

Hi,

after update to kernel 3.13, xbacklight fails to adjust the brightness
on my Asus EeePc 1015 PX; anyone in the same boat?

echoing a number into:

/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/backlight/acpi_video0/brightness

updates the value as expected, only it doesn't really do anything.

Fell back to using the pci method (as described in the wiki) to reduce
the glare for the time being.
