[arch-general] Is it possible to update 3rd party repo index without updating all?

Comments added to feature request.
I think allow -Sur somerepo or -Syr somerepo for non-arch repos. You could also
require { core,community,extra } to update together as a subgroup to prevent
partial-updates as a safety check.
