I solve the problem by following the link:
http://archlinuxarm.org/about/package-signing

I just install the archlinux-keyring:

$ sudo pacman -S archlinux-keyring
warning: archlinux-keyring-20140220-1 is up to date -- reinstalling
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...

Packages (1): archlinux-keyring-20140220-1

After that I can to install sage-mathematics.
