[arch-general] ImageMagick package missing from repos

Trying to install ImageMagick from the Arch repos, but I am constantly
getting a 404 not found error

"pacman -Ss imagemagick" returns
extra/imagemagick 6.8.9.5-1
    An image viewing/manipulation program

But "pacman -S imagemagick" throws the following error
error: failed retrieving file 'imagemagick-6.8.9.5-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz'
from ftp.iitm.ac.in : The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found

I tried several mirrors and all are giving the same error
