I think this is not correct.

It should be something like:
     System Locale: LANG=es_ES.utf8
         VC Keymap: es
        X11 Layout: es
         X11 Model: pc105
       X11 Variant:
       X11 Options: grp:alt_shift_toggle

deadtilde,dvorak it's not a spanish keyboard variant. And I think 
Options could be removed too.
