Hi "message" (sorry, I can't figure out what to call you!),

It would be really helpful to us if you could take a breath and carefully explain what 
your problem is, along with exact steps you're going through.

It's really important that you don't assume something is obvious: so far, we're all pretty 
confused, because we're only getting little bits and pieces of information, and we're not 
getting the details and actual facts that we need in order to help you.
