[arch-general] linux 3.14.2-1 and toolchain

Hello everybody,

linux 3.14.2-1 has been compiled with new toolchain, gcc 4.9.0 explicitly.
Now that it is in [core] compiling modules breaks... The new toolchain should
be moved as soon as possible.
