[arch-general] Cannot install mlpack from AUR

Hi List, 

I cannot install the mlpack package from AUR

because as the final step of makepkg it runs like 400+ tests, which is
very timeconsuming, and makes the package build fail since there are not
only a lot of warnings but also 3 failing tests. 

Did others face the same problem?
