[arch-general] Key "A6234074498E9CEE" could not be looked up remotely

I have currently the same problem and have as the keyserver in the
'/etc/pacman.d/gnupg/gpg.conf' file the 'hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net'.
This address can be pinged OK. Why it has ceased to work?
