I am not very active because TeXLive is updated only once a year. I
usually do a couple of incremental updates because TeXLive packages
also receive continuous updates between 2 yearly releases, and to
catch up with bug fixes.

The packages are now available in [testing]. They were almost ready
for a while but remaining issues had to be fixed and I couldn't find
the time until today.
