It isn't broken for me... According to that bug report, Claws is
interpreting a *.dic file to say that the first word in a sentence
should not be capitalized. That isn't a packaging bug for hunspell-en,
although it *could* be an upstream bug in either the hunspell
dictionaries or in Claws.

FWIW, Firefox, Thunderbird, and a few other programs don't seem to be
showing errors for or against capitalization of words. Which does seem
to be the job of a grammar checker anyway...
