[arch-general] links package hasn't been updated

I've packaged links 2.13 for myself, using 'asp' tool from aur.
It works fine. No problem so far. My bookmarks and configuration
are recognized perfectly.

Just in case, I've submitted a patch to aur-general to address this
issue.
