Is this a request?

You seriously sign a message to a mailing list, but you don't post the
command giving this output? Most of us for sure are aware what command
gave this output, anyway, what is your question? Most of us are
aware that your question is related to "Failed".
However, consider to describe what problem you experience, consider to
give a hint, what output you are posting. Consider to mention what you
have googled and tested.

It might be caused by a race condition.
