[arch-general] lockscreen doesn't work anymore

Oh this is so embarassing.
After packages of cinnamon-* are upgraded I always do
$ cinnamon --replace &
I always thought that's all what's necessary to do to get the new
package-versions working. (Often I don't want to reboot, because of all
the stuff on my workspaces.)
