Sorry , I fixed the issue by installing hplip-minimal from AUR

sudo is not a package manager, you shouldprobably use pacman for that ;).
AFAIK the package is already installed, the next step is to configure CUPS
to use this printer. It's been a while for me, but I remember that it was
very straightforward. You might want to check the ArchWiki for the details.
