So what's your alternatives/setup usable on Arch
(not android, not ChromeOS)? We heave disabled
SElinux, disabled Apparmor, disabled user
namespaces, PIE not enabled by default and only
partial relro.

Everybody can have his/her hobbies of course.

If you really want $feature, what's stopping you from compiling your own
kernel? This is ArchLinux; those kind of things is actually made *easy* for
it's users...
