[arch-general] xrandr with XPS 13" (3840x2160) HiDPI and 30" (2560x1600) LowDPI

I didn't even know that was possible.

I tried with: QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS=eDP1=2,DP1=1 to test but I am
noticing it seems to be truncating to when I look at:

env | grep QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR
QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS=eDP1=2
