As far as I understand, QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS needs an entry for each 
screen. The primary screen will get the first factor, then second screen 
the second factor, so you can try this:

QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=0
QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS="2;2"
