[arch-general] Time and date in 24 hour time can this be fixed?

I am getting a sintax error when runn locale(1). Locale is set to
en_US.UTF-8 in /etc/locale.gebn. At least it is uncommeted. Should I
rerun the locale.-gen and see if that helps.
