[arch-general] libesmtp 1.0.6-7 does not link to openssl

I wrote to this Arch package maintainer, Felix Yan, to request an updated Arch 
package based on branch 'libesmtp-1.0.6'. The latter provides a 'bootstrap.sh' 
script that generates a working configure script.
