[arch-general] Fluidsynth Plugin for VLC media player

That option is unlikely to be good.
I am not confident that I can continuously update the VLC package. I just
want a few lines of patches to be applied to PKGBUILD.
It's enough to contact the current maintainer of vlc about this and change
PKGBUILD.
