[arch-general] Why move LTS to 5.10 when VirtualBox guests Kernel Panic with 5.10?

Is strange see the version 5.10 LTS have the EOL in 2022 and the 5.4
in 2025 (4.19 in 2024, 4.14 in 2023, etc)
