[arch-general] No menu icons on XFCE4 desktop

Hello,

sorry, I first had to look for that menu what it is ... but it seems,
it's not what I want. I'd prefer to stay with xfce's default menu - but
with icons.

Another problem for me is about font configuration: it seems, Java
doesn't find the appropriate fonts, and so does NetBeans. There seems to
be sth. heavily broken, but I don't know what it is.
