[arch-mirrors-announce] arch.jensgutermuth.de is synced again

Sync finished, will be monitoring the sync activity very closely for the
next few days.

rsync://mirror.f4st.host/archlinux/ doesn't create symlinks for me, so I
switched back to rsync://mirror.pseudoform.org/packages/.
