[arch-mirrors-announce] Fwd: New server for mailtunnel.eu

Hi all

archlinux.mailtunnel.eu has migrated to a new server, more powerful
and with more bandwidth.
New IPs are:
- 94.23.11.102
- 2001:41d0:2:c66::

Server is in same region and still syncing from
rsync://mirror.f4st.host/archlinux/

Monitoring has been improved and server sync is double checked.
There shouldn't be any downtime as the old server is still online
while DNS are propagating.

Just to recap, mirror URLs are:
- http://archlinux.mailtunnel.eu
- https://archlinux.mailtunnel.eu
- rsync://archlinux.mailtunnel.eu/archlinux/
