Hi, mm I believe that is due to this machine are inside proxy server, show 
this when syncronize:

but this is strange because before I defined proxy variable and now with the 
same configuration work but with this server: rsync://mirror.rit.edu/archlinux/

maybe with proxy some server cut conextion
