I am delighted to announce that there is new (complete) mirror for Colombia 
(and the first, by the way)

http://www.soliun.unal.edu.co/repos/archlinux/

for file /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

# Colombia
Server = http://www.soliun.unal.edu.co/repos/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch

can this be included in file mirrorlist? I have done several test, and work fine
