That's because we've disabled rsync access at rsync.archlinux.org
for all mirrors except tier1.

The messages sent to keld at dkuug.dk (which is admin's email
according to our db) were unanswered.
I guess you're the admin. Should I use your email address,
or there is a more correct admin address for the mirror?

for instructions about switching to the new mirroring scheme.
