[arch-mirrors] Arch Linux mirror

Hi there !

Mirror mir1.archlinux.fr now syncs from gwdg.de.
Syncing is done every hour, on a "random" minute (uses dcron's @hourly
tag).
Other technical details (access methods, URLs, ...) all remain the same.
First impression : omg, gwdg.de is FAST!
