Interesting. At least on the master server this seems to be correct:

Changelog-2007.08-2.txt -> ../../2007.08/2007.08-2-Changelog.txt
Changelog-2008.03-1.txt ->
../../2008.03/2008.03-1-archboot-Changelog.txt

So, my guess is that there is a problem with archlinux.c3sl.ufpr.br
