I think we already have that and it works for me (not implemented
through redirection, but http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/archlinux
is equivalent to the version with an extra /). Could you provide more
details, like the output of `wget
http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/archlinux`?
