[arch-mirrors] Mirror domain change

I've changed the domain, but I've noticed that we don't know your
current upstream mirror. Where do you sync from?

Also, please create bugreports on bugs.archlinux.org in the future
though so stuff won't get lost and list traffic is kept low.
