I have been getting to these on occasion when I have the time, but could
really use some help if someone wants to step up and volunteer, current
developer or not. I don't even know most of these tickets exist since they
aren't assigned to me and I don't regularly search for them.

Let me know if you are interested in helping, it consists of probably 15-30
minutes a week on average of the following type of stuff:

* Keeping an eye on the mirror status page for out-of-date or broken
mirrors and notifying admins via email
* Adding new mirrors as necessary, and deciding when to say no to a request
* Responding to tickets with insufficient info
