A quick update on the mirrors.uni-plovdiv.net status: the fibres
carrying the upstream links had apparently been severely damaged in a
fire in the underground communications infrastructure, and so,
unfortunately, their repair or re-routing will take more time than
initially anticipated. I'll let you know once the links are back
on-line and stable.
