[arch-mirrors] Mirror pkg.adfinis-sygroup.ch: rsync and tier 1

Hello list,

We have just configured rsync for our mirror pkg.adfinis-sygroup.ch. The
URL is rsync://pkg.adfinis-sygroup.ch/archlinux

Since there is no tier 1 mirror in Switzerland, is it possible to switch
our mirror to a tier 1 in the same step?
