I decided to switch my sync mirror. There is also the advantage of hosting iso's now.
host: orbit-os.com
sync mirror: rsync://mirror.f4st.host/archlinux/
iso's: yes

Could you update the details on the mirror page?

You can take a look at this[1], but really, I think while reducing the delay in general is good, you shouldn't force it. I suggest you use a mirror that is geographically close and provides good performance (throughput and latency). Sure, if the choice is between one that syncs once a day and one that syncs more often, pick the better one, but if the difference is between one hour or every minute, I wouldn't sweat it.
