The rsync master server has been migrated to a new machine on
2020-06-25. On the new machine, there was a permission problem with the
rsyncd "secrets" file that should be resolved now. It should actually be
resolved for a few days already, but I'm not sure if anyone told you so
I'm sending this mail now.
