[arch-mirrors] cyberbits is out of sync

Hello,

I noticed cyberbits mirror last sync is March 14th. Last packages I pushed was
not updated.
Its score is still very good and no error messages are displayed in our
interface.
I didn't find the process to notify them on the wiki. Hints are welcomes.
