[arch-mirrors] mirror.wuki.li IP address change

Dear community,

my mirror mirror.wuki.li will change its IPv4 and IPv6 addresses as of 
now (please allow up to 48 hours until the change is propagated 
everywhere). Other than that, nothing should change (still same mirror I 
will be syncing from, still located in Finland). This is due to a change 
of server hardware. The old server will be available until many other 
services also switch from the old to the new hardware, so no downtime is 
to be expected. Monitoring could show different IP addresses for the 
domain, though.

Old IPv4: 95.217.111.244
New IPv4: 135.181.209.112

Old IPv6: 2a01:4f9:4a:2d4b::1
New IPv6: 2a01:4f9:3a:274f::1
