[arch-multilib] nspluginwrapper and gcc-libs-multilib ?

This looks like an issue with a wrong version of lib32-gcc-libs (one
from the old community/AUR path). The gcc-libs-multilib package has an
explicit dependency on the right lib32-gcc-libs package, thus installing
gcc-libs-multilib it would have upgraded lib32-gcc to a working version.
The only way to know for sure is to look at the pacman.log of the user
in question and see if that was the case.

If someone could test this on a system with just core/gcc-libs and
multilib/lib32-gcc-libs installed, that would be great (you have to
uninstall all gcc-multilib packages to do that).
