[arch-multilib] access request

I don't have any plans to add new multilib packages. I'd just like to
help with keeping the existing packages up-to-date and in sync with the
other repos. For example, lib32-libjpeg-turbo is missing a backported
fix for CVE-2014-9092[1] and lib32-libffi hasn't had EMUTRAMP support
enabled like the libffi package[2].
