[arch-ports] new arch64 home!

the server migration is complete. I will be bringing down my server  
temporarily. When i bring it back up i will mirror the packages at  
arch64.org.

here is a list of the new links:

also if you were using sftp to upload packages before you must now  
use arch64.org, just place
packages in ~/current or ~/extra like before. I'd like to thank c14n
