[arch-ports] 'community'/"community64" repo - some questions

hi folks, as per subject - just some questions about the 'community'
repo that i've noticed...

Firstly, i've noticed that something seems to be wrong with the
"official" community repositories that i have in
/etc/pacman.d/community. Why are some servers serving out only the
"db" (database) of files within the repo, but not serving out the
actual packages? (like take a look at
ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/community/os/x86_64/) While others (eg.
ftp://cle.linux.org.tw/pub/ArchLinux/) have deleted the community repo
altogether (the list gives
ftp://cle.linux.org.tw/pub/ArchLinux/community/os/x86_64), such that
the directory isnt even there. What has happened to the "community"
repo here?

Right now, i am using the "community64" repo at
http://www.archlinux-br.org/people/dsa/repository/community64, but is
this supposed to be the "new" (or "actual") "community" repo now?

Secondly, I think it would be great (for code audit, and for peace of
minds' sake - as well as for reference as how to compile or port
packages to Arch64) that the packagers of these packages provide the
PKGBUILDs for the packages that they build. Where are the PKGBUILDs
for these packages, and how may i get them? Specifically, i am looking
for the PKGBUILD for wmii-3 (where is it? can i have a look at it?),
but i am sure the rest who use the community64 repo would like to see
the other PKGBUILDs too.
