[arch-ports] [ppc] Announcement: core move completed

Hi,

	I'm noticing that 'makepkg -r -s' isn't syncing deps properly and it  
seems as though the essential build tools aren't getting installed  
when makeroot is called (like 'autoconf'). I'll investigate further  
this weekend as I haven't much time right now to bother with it.
