I found solution in last upgrade of java-gcj-compat it installed /opt/mozilla/lib/plugins/libgcjwebplugin.so that is readed first of plugins-java-ibm and not work for me I remove this file and my fierfox read java-ibm plugin and works OK thanks sacarde at tiscali.it
