[arch-ports] block in kde start (ppc)

hi,
   in my archlinux-ppc I installed kde some time ago,

after a reboot, KDE is blocked at second icon blinking, 
at service initalization......

if I create a new user from root

and I login in new user, kde start linguage/country initialization, but when 
start kde-icons blinking, it stop at second icon

may be the problem is in "service initializing" ?

I chek: 
-/etc/hosts, /etc/resolv.conf.... all OK
-network is active, if I use it in textmode
-another lowlevel DE are working (blackbox, twm)
