[arch-ports] [ppc] Announcement: core move completed

The [core] transition is finally done.
A pacman update will add /etc/pacman.d/core, please change all
references to "current" in /etc/pacman.conf to "core to receive future
updates. You are not forced to upgrade immediately as the [current] repo
will stay for some time to provide some backwards compatibility, but it
will only contain pacman, libarchive and libdownload.

There's a new ISO supporting the core repo available from
ftp://ftp.archlinuxppc.org/iso/releases.

A note to the devs: don't forget to rename your ~/staging/current dir to
~/staging/core
